At Motel Rocks, we want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  Select your preferred shipping carrier and download your prepaid return label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed or covered by the new return label.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
